Q: What is the delivery time?
Lyna: Mostly we don't have products in stock, it will take about 15-30 days to finish an order generally speaking.
Q: What is the payment term?
Lyna: T/T is our preference. 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. Photos of the products and packages will be sent to you before you pay the balance.
Q: If the products are not conformity with requirements, how to solve?
A: If the products are not conform to customer samples or have quality problems, our company will be responsible for it.
